What we collect

• account details: name, email, phone, address, language
• dog details: name, breed, sex, date of birth, registration and licence numbers
• event entries and payment details
• contact form messages
• with consent, analytics data (Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager)

Why

To run events, publish results, keep the membership register and answer questions. The legal bases are contract (account and entries), legitimate interest (publishing results) and consent (analytics).

Retention

Account data is kept until the account is deleted. Competition results are kept as sport history.

Your rights

You can access, correct and delete your data and restrict its processing. You can delete your account in your account settings.
